Why Exclusion?
Exclusion is an integral part of any effective plan when it comes to controlling wildlife. Our exclusion work is guaranteed for a year from the date of installation, and we offer several plans to extend that warranty past the standard timeframe if you choose to do so.
We go to every effort to ensure our exclusion work is aesthetically pleasing, custom fabricating every piece to fit your specific home and painting it to match the colors that already exist at your residence.
What do we use?
We use a variety of materials to exclude wildlife from your home. These materials are always chosen to fit the specific species being excluded, most often using galvanized sheet metal and mesh to cover and screen off areas that wildlife can exploit to gain entrance to your home. We also take into consideration gaps along the foundation and where utility lines go into the house that smaller rodents such as mice can use.
In cases where an animal has already gained entry to the home, we will first verify that no animals are in the attic at the time the entrance is sealed. More often than not, trapping is required to remove the animals first.
